How long does the approval process take?
A complete dealer package should be completely set up within 48 hours. Working with your sales representative will ensure that the application package is complete.
How can I find out if I’ve been approved to do business with Golf?
To verify your approval status, please contact your sales representative. They will also be able to provide you information regarding any additional items needed to complete your file.
What are your underwriting hours?
Our normal office hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Sales and Credit Managers are available 7 days a week during your normal business hours to review and decision applications as needed.
How fast can I expect a decision on an application?
On average you can expect a response within an hour during normal office hours. Sales and Credit Managers are available if you need an immediate response.
What is the best way to contact a credit manager?
All of our Sales and Credit Managers are available directly via cell phone and/or email.
If I send in a complete contract package, how long does it take to get it purchased?
We have the capability of funding 90% of business within 48 hours after a deal is received. However some deals may take longer depending on the accuracy and completeness of the deal submitted. The “cleaner” the file, the faster the funding.
How can I make sure that my deal is complete for submission?
Make sure to review our
to ensure you have everything in order and work closely with your credit manager on all required paperwork and stipulations for each deal.
How do I know when my loan has funded?
Once your loan is funded an automated fax is sent to fax number provided on your dealer application.
My dealership information has changed (i.e. address name), How do I update my information?
A new Dealer Package will be required. Contact your sales representative for assistance.
My banking information has changed how do I make sure you have the most current information?

Why can’t I see Gateway One Lending & Finance on Dealer Track or Route one?
Are you a currently signed dealer?
if you are a current dealer with Gateway One Lending & Finance, your DMV license information may be expired. A current license will need to be submitted to re activate your status.
Are you a Dealer interested in signing up?
You need to submit a completed Dealer Package and contact your sales representative in your area to start your relationship with Gateway One Lending & Finance. Please visit our interactive map to locate your representative.
Why am I receiving a transmission error on Dealer Track or Route One?
You will need to update your DMV license information as it may be expired.
